Read on for everything you need to understand about downloading Call of Duty Mobile on Android and iPhone.
Please notice that Call of Duty Mobile is presently unavailable at the moment of writing. It was earlier accessible for players in India to download in closed beta, but it has since become inaccessible, probably as they get closer to launching the game in closed beta for other areas, or perhaps even a global public beta. We will update this as and when we understand more.
How To Register For Call Of Duty Beta And Get Chance To Play In Your Phone :
Earlier this year, Activision announced that after an extended stint in China, Call of Duty Mobile would finally come to the West with a Beta rolling out across Android and iOS devices in the summer.
That beta kicks off in selected areas on Android and iOS devices as the Tencent-developed shooter becomes accessible to play for some customers who pre-register for access in the Google Play Store and Apple Store.
“The first limited-scale closed beta test started in India this week,” reads the recent blog post on the Call of Duty website, announcing the news. “A regional beta exam will quickly kick-off in Australia, with more regions coming online in the coming months.”
Activision has not verified which areas or nations will have access to Call of Duty Mobile following Australia and India, but a fresh trailer (seen above) has been published displaying more gameplay from the game that rolls multiplayer (including Competitive Ranked mode and Clans), PvE Zombies, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout battle royal mode into one portable package.
Those who have already managed to get in are already posting prolonged gameplay previews of Call of Duty Mobile in practice, and those who are still eagerly awaiting access news can expect to see an email appear in their inbox in the coming weeks and months, provided they have already pre-registered.
We have to say, while we haven’t been able to play it for ourselves, as we understand and enjoy it, the fresh footage reveals an impressively clean and good looking portable version of classic Call of Duty. Here’s the hope that a discharge from the U.S. and UK is not too far away.
How to download Call of Duty Mobile on Android
If you’re in one of the countries where Call of Duty Mobile is currently available, go to the Google Play Store’s official Call of Duty Mobile page. Hit the “pre-register” button and you will be notified soon thereafter when you can download the game.
For those not in a country where Call of Duty Mobile is available, you can still follow the above process but you’ll have a longer wait on your hands. Unfortunately, nobody can download the game without pre-registering because it’s in closed beta.
How to download Call of Duty Mobile on iPhone
If you’re on one of the devices in the iOS family, I’m afraid Call of Duty Mobile isn’t accessible for you right now. The closed beta is presently exclusive to Android, but it will come to iPhone and iPad when the complete game is launched. There’s no way to pre-register as you can on Android either, so keep your eyes peeled for news on the CallofDuty.com / Mobile page as quickly as it becomes visible. When we get word that Call of Duty Mobile is available on iOS, we will update this manual.

Call of Duty Mobile battle royale map
First of all, the question everyone is interested in knowing about: what is the royal map of the Call of Duty Mobile fight like? We don’t understand exactly what the map looks like yet, but there are a number of features that we know will be included.
Much like the Black Ops 4 Blackout map, the Call of Duty Mobile battle royale map will feature “a wide variety of new territory to explore, as well over a dozen settings from previous Call of Duty titles.” These include Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. It’s also described as a “colossal map” that features “iconic locations”, and Activision have gone to the trouble of naming a number of famous spots that will be included:
- Countdown : Hangars and missile silos ; map parts that emerged in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
- Crash : The war-torn settlement in the center with a downed helicopter, from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
- Diner : Call of Duty’s infamous eatery: Black Ops II
- Estate : The hilltop house and grounds inspired by the Call of Duty map: Modern Warfare 2.
- Farm : The foreboding urban nightmare of Zombies Survival mode, of Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Firing Range : The army training facility, versions of which were seen throughout the Call of Duty: Black Ops franchise.
- Killhouse : The tiny, symmetrical mayhem warehouse from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
- Launch : The cosmodrome and launch pad from Call of Duty: Black Ops.
- Overgrown : A big, rural farm and Call of Duty 4 fields: Modern Warfare.
- Nuketown : The iconic suburbs with a hidden secret, as seen in all the versions of the Call of Duty: Black Ops.
- Pipeline : Call of Duty 4’s grim and overgrown railyard: Modern Warfare.

How to revive in Call of Duty Mobile battle royale
If you’re playing with some pals, when they’re killed, you can revive them, and it works likewise with Apex Legends, and most recently with the revive trucks, Fortnite. If your mate is eliminated, you can pick up their dog tag and take them back from the dead via a huge cargo plane that drops them off. This provides your place to any neighboring players, of course, so make sure you loot up rapidly when you come back.
